Apply for a VIEWING TRIP

We would like to book a VIEWING TRIP with, Marbella Villas & Estates S.L. Registration Number: ESB93516185, trading under the name: Marbella & Co (M&C).

The VIEWING TRIP can only be booked if the following conditions are complied with:

1. A maximum of 2 people can make the trip!
2. You have to know the Costa del Sol i.e. have been here before and know the main areas, particularly the area where you would like to buy.
3. Have a suitable budget for the type and size of property chosen. The budget must be above €350,000 (approximately £312,000).
4. You must arrive between Monday and Wednesday, for a 4-day viewing trip, and leave no later than Saturday. We cannot show properties on Sundays and in most cases can show only resale properties on Saturday mornings.
5. You must arrive and leave on the dates specified. You cannot arrive earlier or leave later.
6. You will be available for viewings with M&C from 09:30 in the morning, (or time of arrival, on first day) until 19:00 in the evening, (or reasonable time before departure on last day).
7. During your stay you will not make contact or go on viewings with any other agency apart from M&C.
8. In the case of a property purchase, you must be able to place a reservation deposit of 6,000 € at YOUR LAWYERS office, either by credit card or cash.
9. M&C has the right to accept or refuse your application!

We, M&C, offer you the following during your stay:

1. M&C will pay for a 3-night stay in a 3/4-star hotel, as close to the area of interest as possible, depending on availability.
2. We will provide you with a professional and dedicated service and a personalised programme (no group viewings). As we say on our web pages: We do not sell properties. We show you the property you want to buy!
3. We will show you properties that fulfil your search criteria. You tell us what you want, and together we choose properties to view that are within your specific budget, and comply with your tastes and requirements.
4. Our English speaking agent will pick you up at the airport and drive you to your hotel; pick you up each morning and drive you to the viewings; and at the end of the trip return you to the airport in time for your departure.
5. In the case of a purchase, we will take you to an English-speaking, Spanish lawyer, where you will receive final legal advice on Spanish property purchase and can make the reservation deposit.
