We would like to book a VIEWING TRIP with, Marbella Villas & Estates S.L. Registration Number: ESB93516185, trading under the name: Marbella & Co (M&C).

The VIEWING TRIP is under the following conditions:

  1. Maximum 2 persons!
  2. You have to know the Costa del Sol. Have been here before, knowing the main areas and especially the area where you are looking to buy.
  3. Have a suitable budget for the type and size of property chosen. Budget must be above €175,000 (approximately £155,000).
  4. Arriving between Monday and Wednesday, for 4 days VIEWING TRIP. Leave no later than Saturday, as we can’t show properties un Sundays and only resale properties on Saturday mornings.
  5. You have to arrive and leave on the dates specified. You can’t come earlier nor leave later.
  6. You will be available for viewings with M&C from 09:30 in the morning, (or time of arrival, re. first day) until 19:00 in the evening, (or due time before departure re. last day).
  7. During your stay you will not contact nor do viewings any other agency apart from M&C.
  8. Be able to put down a reservation deposit of 6.000 € either by credit card or cash, in case of a purchase, at YOUR LAWYERS office.
  9. M&C has the right to accept or refuse your application!

We, M&C, offer you the following service during your stay:

  1. M&C will pay for a 3 nights and 4 days in a 3/4-star hotel, as close to the area of interest as possible, depending on availability.
  2. A professional and dedicated service with a personalised program (no group viewings). As we say on our web pages: We do not sell properties. We show you the property you want to buy!
  3. We will show you properties that fulfil your search criteria. You choose, and we choose properties to view within your specific budget, tastes and requirements.
  4. Our English speaking agent, will pick you up at the airport, drive you to your hotel, pick you up in the morning driving you to the showings, and at the end of the trip return you to the airport in due time for your departure.
  5. In case of a purchase, bring you to an English-speaking Spanish lawyer, for final legal advice on Spanish property purchase and putting down a reservation deposit.
