This finca consists of a plot of 10,000m2 with two bungalows, two pools and a large jacuzzi. It is located 20 minutes drive from the airport of Malaga. The guest house The guest house is a bungalow for 2-4 people, constructed in 2003. It lies behind the main house at the other side of the private access road. Also here is full privacy and perfectly suitable to rent as an independent bungalow. The style is comfortable and modern with Spanish details. There is a spacious living, an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom with built-in closets, direct access to its own pool and a bathroom with shower. Just like villa the main house, the guest house has air conditioning and central heating in all rooms. Two private swimming pools Both houses have their own pool. So you can pick the one you like best! The pool of the main house (9x5m) lies between palm trees and fruit trees in a large garden with lots of grass. It can be heated by solar energy. Close to the pool of the mail house there is a large jacuzzi of 4x2m. The pool of the guest house (6x6m) lies in the garden, which is completely walled-in. From the raised patio you have a lovely view over the pool, the orchard and the sloping hills in the distance. In the evening both pools and gardens can be illuminated. During the sultry summer evenings there is nothing greater than having a swim in an illuminated pool!
